Love

I'm a big fan of Pamela Love's unusual and instantly recognisable work and her AW11 collection she recently showed at NY Fashion Week is no exception.

The collection, inspired by Lunar Cycles and the moon as a symbol of feminity, is full of pieces incorporating occult symbols and jagged magical looking crystals.  The styling is equally as stunning with models donning Pagan-esque white sheath dresses; their untamed locks streaked with hues of celestial blue and purple.

Feed the Light

I've been lusting after a floaty one-shouldered dress a la Rumi ever since I saw it in this beautiful light filled shoot she did. So when I came across one almost identical recently, I bought it in the black version.

I love the way she has toughened it up with the body chain.  Now I just need to find the perfect accessories to wear mine with on it's first outing next week- my birthday!
